In the late 70's I found a case of "Billy Beer" at a bar in S/W Nebraska. I thought it would be cool to keep around and maybe it would be worth something someday. Well,,it was a long drive back home,,,,we kinda ran out of our other beer,,first we thought maybe we would try just one six-pack of the Billy Beer,,then another,,by the time we got home, no more BILLY BEER !! If I remember right,,it didn't taste too bad after 6 or 7 of 'em.
I enjoyed and probably abused 'Ice House' and 'MGD' back when I was a drinker. Man those tall glasses of MGD at the Howard Johnsons in Rapid City during bike week sure tasted good!!
