Although I'm currently a California resident, I'm will be retiring and moving to Texas and I want to run a small mail order (firearms/parts/stuff) business out of my shop/home. How may one apply for an FFL? Who issues FFL's: DOJ? I emailed DOJ's website to get information and received nothing.Thanks,DHM
