NRA life membership

Hello conservatives. Here is the deal, I am a 17 year old male, who is a 2 year NRA member and gun owner. I strongly express my beliefs in the NRA to everyone I know. I would like to buy an NRA life membership, but the problem is that 750$ price tag. I've heard that there is a Junior membership for people under 18 that is only 550$, but i'm not sure if when i turn 18, i have to pay the other 200 dollars for a total of 750. Can anyone help me out on this? Thanks!
