fishing last night...................

Went fishing with my son last night and did fairly well. Had to get out and away. To many things going through my mind the last few days, and I needed a little solitude. There was nothing unusual about the fish we caught. My son got a few crappie. I got a couple bass and a catfish, and got them all on the same bait. The funny thing about it was the fact that I was using an artificial worm. Has this ever happened to any of you?

    nothing like fishing to calm your nerves and looking up at those stars and moon kinda puts things in perspective. yes i have caught catfish bass crappie and drum on the same bait in the same day.both the flathead and the channel cat will hit an artificial bait and give you a good fight before coming to the boat. i like to catch them because i like to eat them whereas i put the bass and other fish back in the water.     where i'm from you can catch a lot of fish on the same bait it is about 6" long 1" round and has a fuse on it LOL

    you can be king or street sweeper but everyone is going to dance with the reaper

    Hell caught a catfish on a spinner bait..Then a bass on a live worm...That was in a bar pit just off the mississippi river on my grandfatheras land will never forget it
