OJ-Priviledged or Misunderstood????????

OJ is back in the news here in Florida, FBI has been investigating drug dealing , maybe conducted from his home.

Search warrent issued a search was done at his home, they found GRASS, plastic bags with cocaine residue, and a couple more items supporting the idea he has been tied to EXTACY,

Did they arrest him,, NO,

The mindset of the officials here is one of "He beat a murder rap"
he beat a roadrage rap, he beat an assault rap, so why bother.

Justice or Priviledge???????????

    Maybe just pragmatic. There is certainly no question that those with lots of buck for lawyers stand a much better chance in court than po' folks. In most cases celebrity also seems to confer a certain immunity (unless you are Robert Downey, Jr.), but eventurally, someone will get O.J. because he just keeps doing stuff to get the attention of law enforcement. Unless somebodies husband gets him first.

    It's a local matter now. Look at poor Darryl Strawberry. Marion Barry. Does OJ have cause to seek chemical solace? Maybe so.... I don't care much about him any more. It's a little tougher to watch the Naked Gun movies, is all, but at least in those he plays a doofus, which seems playing himself now.

    Charlie,

    I think you've got something there. He has to deal with the fact that he butchered 2 people, and is probably taking drugs. He's probably also broke, and has to sell drugs to make some money.

    OJ is his own worst enemy, and will end up dead sooner or later, either by his own hand in a drug induced state, or by his drug dealing buddies that he ripped off.
