Since Sat, my NetZero connection has been out. I can sign on, but can't go to my usual sites. AOL is working perfectly. Anyoneelse having this problem?

Quick Question:Why do they still have the nerve to call it "NetZero", when it's not free anymore? Not by a longshot.Used to be one of the only truly free ISPs. They deluged you with popup ads, and unless you lived in a major city you would probably have to dial long distance, but hey, you didnt have to directly pay anything.

It is still free, they have just cut your hours down. I think it is 10 per month now, I only use at the office because I now have a cable modem at home and do I love that.Rich

another thing to watch out for with netzero... If you have the "netzero platinum" which is 10 bucks a month for unlimited hours, be careful. They ask you to pay by credit card or bank account and they DON't Tell you that it's automatic after that. I quit back in september. They kept billing me until november even though i never used it. When I asked for my money back, they told me it was my fault, I should have checked sooner, blah blah... basically, screw you. I had to write them a nasty letter to get them to stop billing. Very ugly
