    Very true!

You have nothing to lose by quitting.

Montanajoe and I quit just over three years ago.

Good luck man. My dad quit after a similar incident. He smoked for 30+ years, and he's still smoke free for more than 10 now. I could tell you all the positive things about quitting, but I'm sure you know already. I also quit, but that was years ago and I only smoked for about 5 years.

It will get easier, and it will be worth it!

be 2yrs for me on Friday. I quit 13yrs the first time[V]. By the time you get a few months under your belt, you won't even think about it that often.

July 1990 Had a heart attack. Have not smoked since. Most times the smoke makes me sick. But on a cool autumn morning I could just about mug somebody for one.

I quit 25-30 years ago, still get the urge during hunting seasons, then I just stop and ask myself,,,, WHY?????????? and it goes away. just keep telling yourself no.
