Wells Fargo: Card-free ATMs

Starting this spring, customers can use their smartphones to withdraw money.

Here's how it will work: You'll log in to the Wells Fargo app and request an eight-digit access code. At the kiosk, you'll enter the access code and your regular ATM code to start the transaction.

    Sounds great then I dont have to keep up with my atm

    Between equipment problems, software problems, and servicing problems, they don't do a good job using current systems to take care of their ATM customers.

    They need to stick to their core business of signing up customers for new accounts they didn't request.
