I am thinking this is the beginning of the onslaught of weapons that will turn up over the next few months. It is a result of frenzied buyers taking anything they could get for whatever it cost and building the closest thing to an modern hunting rifle they could before maxing out one's credit card.

Guns sales have plummeted, ammo is showing up, limits are being removed, prices falling through the floor. Those who bought on credit are trying to recover what they can before the new Xbox hits the shelf.
