National goof off day

    If goofing off is that important, why not find a federal job. Not only can you goof off, but you can feel important while doing so.

    It's 6am here. Already got a load of laundry done, mopped the bathroom and kitchen floors, cleared some stuff out of one room and shelved it in another using heavy duty garage shelves I put up yesterday. Small place, have to go vertical for all the stuff that comes with moving brothers in here.

    Gotta' haul the trash to the alley including some old furniture. City picks it up, or scavengers do. Then empty some moving boxes onto bookshelves I assembled this week. Have to be a 110 miles from here before 12:00 to pull more boxes out of the shed, pack two vehicles. Get back down here and unload by dark. Then run out to the supermarket for a few days of fresh food stuffs.

    Tomorrow be at work by 6:30am, but have to be at a doctor's office to pay a bill by 9am. Will try to do that over the phone.

    Could use a few goof off days.

    New job is allowing me to have weekends to goof off. So far since leaving the plant on Friday I moved about 300 miles and am on my 4th "stop for no reason at all" stop today [:D] but come tomorrow it is hussle hussle hussle!

    Had to work a 12 hour shift today, but off Monday and Tuesday.

    I'll goof off for two days to make up for missing the one.
