Dam American made tools and I've been using their screw driver kits for around 40 years. Just ordered a few replacement bits I managed to screw up during that time.[;)][:)][:)][:)]

Sounds like an operator error to me.
I bought a larger ( more piece) set from cabals ,maybe brownells , It was on sale at Christmas its a Wheeler brand name made in China [:(]( like just about every thing )
but so far its doing fine .
See,...if you would have bought 'A Number 1 Chinee' brand, you would still be good![:D]
I had a 1/2 inch drive extension that I used with a 3 foot Snap-On breaker bar. I couldn't find the 1/2 extension I normally used on it. Used the cheap Chinese one and the whole shaft twisted 180 trying to take a lug nut off.
