    have no idea,,,
I am sorry for the loss of your friends and the victims of Vegas.

I do not know what the tattoo is or its meaning. I have no idea of a video you refer to.

I have never understood the public memorializing of a personal experience whether it be through covering oneself in ink, or putting a family 'memorial' on the back of your vehicle window,....I just don't get it.

I think it is connected to the social media experience, the same thing that has created the world we have today where you run into total strangers during the day that want to tell you their whole life story. I hate to seem rude, but I stop people all the time and let them know I'm not interested in hearing about their soap opera.

There is no such thing as 'personal' anymore.

My tattoo is one of one, and 100% of my money went to the victims of Route 91 festival. I personally know a few victims. One of my friends has a titanium rod in her arm now, and a hole in her side. This is my way of helping all of them, since when I got down there, Las Vegas Boulevard was alreadyshut down.

    Tattoos are personal.

Whether I like it or not is immaterial. We can disagree about things. It takes nothing from either of us.

I understand you wanting to honor your friends, and that's a good thing. But it's not something I want my grandkids to see. Keep that in mind when you walk around town. You should wear long sleeves when you're in public to honor everybody else, not just your friends

Well, It's a situation of the 'visual affect", IMO.

I have some ink, and believe every person has the right to have tattoos if they desire. But you are effectively flipping the bird at everyone who sees it. That is and can be considered offensive. I don't want to have to explain it to my 8-year old daughter.

Yes, I saw the video of the drunk, freakin idiot flipping off the hotel during the shooting. If that is what you are 'honoring', then ... well ok. Just don't expect others to see that display of idiotic behavior the same way you do.

    Have an Outstanding Day.

One thing you need to remember about this place, there are a lot of judgemental prudes here, some will smack you with the Lords Book, others just hate everything. To some of these folks a woman with a little extra padding is a fat pig, only Hells Angels, baby eaters and spawns from hell have tattoos. If you have no college degrees and don?t speak with a Harvard twist then you are a lower life form to them. To these folks they have thier cliche and the rest of us, well we are just knuckle dragging mouth breathers [:D][8D][:)]

I see it as a labor saving device. If you had to go through life flipping everybody off individually you wouldn't have time for anything else, even stuff you wanted to do.

I don't foresee that tattoo costing you anything. Chances are most people would have been hostile to you anyway.

I don't have tats because there isn't any image I'd like to see every day for the rest of my life. I wear shirts in public and never understood the tats on backs thing. I mean if you put one where you can't see it, what's the point?

I draw a good bit and have drawn tat images for people so I ain't against them.

I even change the pictures in my house from time to time cause I get tired of looking at them.

After people run out of room on their bodies for any more tattoos, they'll probably start tattooing their dogs and children [:0].

My daughters have a small cross to memorialize their favorite soccer coach who was hit by a car out jogging and a pink breast cancer ribbon for their Mom and GrandMother (Who are both survivors).... Neither are visible in anything but a bikini... So it was several years before I even saw them. They are adults (young ones but over 18...)

It is popular with some groups these days as well as "white ink tattoos"

some of which only show up in UV

    enhanced-buzz-16318-1361774503-2.jpg?downsize=715:*&output-format=auto&output-quality=auto

    and some are raised up...

which I'm pretty sure are all scarification not actual ink... (I may be wrong, not my gig....)

    Makaila has ink

    Quite a bit

When she is dressed for work in her tactical scrubs they do not show

They started being applied after she lost her husband and daughter to a multiple repeat offender drunk driver and drug addict

Judge away - opine with freedom.

But remember what they say about opinions and judgmental folk and glass house and such...

    I have several tattoos now.

Of course mine were applied as targeting grid reference marks prior to my intensive radiation and proton knife treatments of last resort as part of the fight against cancer and Mr. Death
