Don't know if anyone watches this, but the new season begins Feb. 14th on History Channel.

Me too!
They could lose the manufactured pusedo-drama interaction between the contestants and focus on shooting. I have been unable to watch a whole episode.

The personal drama and making out certain contestants to be Prima Donna's is something I can do without, but I still like the show.
I wonder if they'll rig it (I mean, Hell who am I kidding? [:D]) so a girl will win this time around?
+1 I can hear the ad agency reps pitching the concept to the potential advertisers about "adding a whole new market".........follow the money...
I think it was rescued the last season when the nice guy who just loved to shoot kicked everybodies butt.
At least he didn't "Tebow" every time he won.

Tha's why I record it so I can skip the BS.
Sorry, but the term "Top Shot" suggests to me someone like David Tubb, Bob Munden, people like that... people who have already won top awards in their specified discipline. Not some twit who has to fire a pistol while hanging upside down and just gets luckier than his opponents.
I don't like the obstacle courses, though some of the shooting gallery stuff is fun- as that at least historically is a true type of shooting.
Get the top few highpower shooters, top few shotgun skeet shooters, top few SASS shooters, etc., and have them compete across the course to see how well they do in each others' disciplines and in other fun challenges (like the knife throw), without the obstacle course crap in the way. THAT I would watch.
