Ruger P-17 Mags

I just bid on Ruger Factory Magazines. They are supposed to hold 11-40 cal. or 15-9mm rounds. Does anybody know anything about these mags? I'm surprised they hold two different calibers. The factory # is P-17 compared to the original # P-15.
