Digital Compass

Dropped my compass last season and broke the crystal. It's now foggy and does not giving an accurate reading. Needless to say time to get a new one.

Has anyone out there had experience with a Digital Compass? If so have you found them both reliable and accurate? What is your favorite manufacture and model?

Appreciate both 'pro' and 'con' feedback.

Thanks

IMHO a standard mechanical compass is the best way to go.
It's a lot harder to break and you don't have to worry about it getting wet.

Don't worry about the bullet with your name on it, worry about the fragmentation grenade addressed 'To Occupant'.

Get a GPS and a cheap compass for a back-up.
