I guess it would depend on which state your in and where you are carrying it. I can bet it wouldnt be much of a hunting companion.lol..

When Clinton left office they gave him a 21 gun salute. Its a damn shame they all missed....

I think its concidered an A.O.W. ($5 permit) and to carry it you would have to have a ccw ... just my thoughts on it!

Stinger has their own web site, but I couldn't find it offhand. On the other hand, get a load of this Quicksilver product line:

The only thing worse than being the only one on your block to have a .22 pen gun with silencer (Napoleon Solo, I presume) would be being the double-dumb comic book hero who tries to carry one of these aboard a flight in his pencil holder, "just in case"... My guess is the inspectors have all had training in the available shooting pens, cell phones, and walking canes by now. Frankly, I have no wish to risk my neck, my good name or my freedom finding out. Toys for little boys -- the only thing missing is the "compass in the stock."

Pardon me just a sec, Mr. Mugger, while I bend my pen all out of shape -- I'll have it here in a minute!"

Checking the closed auctions they are going for "just" $250.
I could get me a nice Jennings or Raven for that.
