    Very interesting. Half of my top ten were H&K. Several fairly intimidating looking pieces a little further down the list. Was a little surprised at the minigun and the colt with grenade-launcher. Does this mean I have a beast within?

    What the heck is an Alliant Techsytems OICW? They made that #1 for me.....at least I knew what a PSG-1 was...that was number 2 on their list for me. If I hadn't done their test I'd just have answered a heavy weight SuperMatch M1A, a full match M1 MK2, a full match AR-15....or what I carried into Iraq during the Gulf War...an M-79 and a duffle bag of ammo!! My Army and USMC compadres loved that relic from VietNam as my primary shoulder weapon!!! Close does count with grenades!!! Even at 300 yards! Beach

    The OICW stands for Objective Individual Combat Weapon.

    It's the newest state of the art infantry rifle the Army is developing now.

    It's got a 20mm semiauto grenade launcher on the top, with a 5.56mm rifle underneath. The 20mm grenades drag a microfilament wire like a TOW missile, so the computer mounted inside the rifle can detonate them in midair at a pre-set distance.

    Why dont they keep the nifty computer controlled grenade launcher and just put a damn FAL on the bottom?

    Yes. Its the sniper model with a Shepherd range finder mounted on a B-square . Can switch to full-auto if the need arises. Has a bayo-lug, folding pistol grip stock, and a flash suppressor. The anti's will LOVE it. Almost forgot - it also has a high cap holding tank...

    German '88... Sort of an all-around arm. In the air, on the ground, onboard ship, it's got everything pretty well covered.

    Oh, conceled-carry is still a problem. It's hard to explain the tractor and flatbed with the canvas cover.

    It has thing on the grenade launche that tells it when to blow up so that if an bg is hiding behind sandbags then the grenade will explode downward
