2500 rounds

I took one of my nephew's shooting yesterday between the both of us we managed to go through 2500 rounds we went through 1000 .22lr 1200 .223mil surplus and 300 rounds a various pistol ammo with 40 rds of 45-70 thrown in for good measure we had a blast. Nothing like getting out and blowing a lil smoke

    The average news reporter would be astounded to learn that two people can easily shoot over 2,000 rounds in one day. For them, that much ammo is "stockpiled" only by psychopaths.

    Yeah, but there's something to be said about knowing your limits. After about 500 rounds I can't hit anything.

    I personally have never gone through 1250 myself or 2500 with another person along, but could easily see how it could be done if just blasting and plinking, and not trying for benchrest accuracy.
