Get a Texas Trophy hunter Magazine. It is full of adds for hunts. Just do a search. Type in exotic hunts.

Be sure you get references from other hunters who have hunted the game reserves you check. If you are a true sportsman you will want to avoid the canned hunts. It is not sport to hurd animals into the corner of a fenced enclosure and kill them, it is only killing.

When Clinton left office they gave him a 21 gun salute. Its a damn shame they all missed....

I've hunted Thompson Temple Ranches near Kerrville, Texas.....price depends on how large a critter you want...."big" whitetail bucks were going for around $6500 7-8 years ago when I was there. Blackbuck Antelope was around $1500-$2500, they had red Kangaroo $?, and White Rhino ($40,000)...they may have a web site?

I have taken several of them, But they were on private ranches. Most of them are a problem when you are trying to rase good deer. I will get a copy of the Houston paper, This time of year it should be full of adds for exotics. Many of them rut in the summer.

An exotic hunt sounds like fun but 4GodAndCountry is right. I've heard tell of NYC executives flying down to Texas, shooting "fish in a barrel", and then flying back to NYC to brag about the new mount that will soon be arriving at their $30K/year apartment.
