I'll have to thank TrinityScrimshaw for those long 24-hour shifts (especially the few-and-far-between slow ones) for my late-night posting opportunities back when I was doing what I absolutely loved.

I think the length of time you've been a member should also factor into how many stars you get :)

We only have a few special years with our children in which they desire our time, attention, and love. After that time is over, it is gone forever, and we will be the ones that desire their time, attention, and love. Make those few, short years count -

Pup--I'll let you in on my secret. Become a military police investigator at Fort Drum, NY and pull all of those wonderful 24-hour shifts and get yourself good and amped up on coffee. At 2am there is a perfectly good futon on which to lay your head and wait for an incident to which you must respond. The coffee will keep you behind the computer replying to posts. I don't post much during business hours while recruiting. If I am posting it is because I am waiting for my computer to replicate with the "Big Brother" computer which I am required to do twice a day. Next, get a job as a recruiter and work Monday through Saturday so that you don't really have time for a relationship with women and the only guys with whom you spend any quality time are the guys you work with and see every stinking day. You will want to be alone with GB and your guns.

Secondly, listen to "Gun Talk" with Tom Gresham from 1pm-4pm (CST) on Sundays via live internet stream (if you don't get it on the radio in your area). Use topics raised on GB to make conversation in the chat room that is run simultaneously with the radio show. Mr. Gresham goes into the chat room during commercial breaks and asks for topics that we'd like him to discuss on the air. Then listen to him banter about with callers (and it's REAL easy to get on the air live) while you reply to GB posts.

"Gun Talk" with Tom Gresham is the highlight of my week. I actually plan what I am going to munch on and drink during the show. In my apartment it's like preparing for Superbowl Sunday every Sunday. Mr. Gresham is getting so sick of seeing my name and hearing my voice on the air that he is accidentally referring to other callers by my first name occasionally. I've caught him doing it twice now.

This is great, a new feature and we turn into little kids. Gotta love technology and the simplicity of the male ego. How many do I have?
