    King Richie is the head of the largest and the most finely developed Criminal Organization in America, the Chicago Democratic Party. All he had to do was let 2 idiots run the city into the ground and then let the people of Chicago welcome him with open arms as a savior. As to his power, how many people do you know that can destroy a Federal Airport in the dead of night without permission and come out of the affair smelling like a rose? Anyone else would be in prison. It appears to me that he knows where some skeletons are buried and he's able to hold this over the heads of our representatives in Washington.
