I really want ot know how this picture came about...is it real? why would a camera be aiming at that spot at that moment and what was they guy doing who took the picture. Was it a surveilance photo from the DEA?

It's an old picture. I remember when it came out in National Geographic. It was taken in a South American country. It seems the plane was having problems and only had the short strip on the mountain top to land. It didn't stop. There happened to be a camera man observing. The occupants were okay.
In the photo, the plane had just rolled into the truck and bounced up into the air making it appear to crash into the truck.
