My Hero's Birthday Today

89 years old today. Served in the Army in World War 2 driving a half-track to & from the front delivering ammo & men. It was determined later in life that at one time he had his neck broke and the only thing he could figure out it could of happen was when he was blown out of a bunker. He said he was so scared that all he could do is hit the groung running. His CO told him to take five since he hadn't gotten any sleep in days and he said he picked the wrong bunker.

Happy Birthday Dad. Glad my sister was there with him.
