Has this happened to you?My Dad passed away in June of 2001.My younger brother deceided to put together a a collage?,of all of our decorations buy Dads flag.Dad having a Sneak {under age enlistment in the Corps.because of his older bros.kicked out than enlisted in the Army.Wound up a tailgunner on a 17.Long story short I sent for my records from Uncle Sam,but was told that the {Republic of Vietnam Campaign Metal was a foreign metal not issued by the U.S. Gov.]and I could purchase it at a military supply store.Forgive me it's been a long time.I guess that one was just for showing up.
