Has anyone seen the new Springfield Croation Creation? The Extreme duty? It looks like a nice gun, But Ive only seen it in my Magazines. Anyone seen it up close yet? If so How is it? I also notice they only offer it in 9mm,.40Cal, or .357sig. It would be nice too see it in .45 also..........

Somebody should write a comparison of that gun along with the new Walther and the Smith & Wesson. They all look so similar. It would make for an interesting apples-to-apples gun magazine article.

From what I have read, the HS2000 gen1 and gen2 were Croation made. Springfield Armory bought the rights to the HS2000 and renamed it. I watched the price on that gun jump 100-150.00 in just a few weeks.
If I am wrong, please let me know

No big deal. It's just that there were some "millennium" guns introduced that didn't make a big splash, the HS2000 being one import that didn't take off.

On the other hand I have an "award-winning design" in my Taurus PT145 Millennium .45 caliber that I couldn't be happier with. It's small as my G27 but needs no finger groove extender to have a four-fingered grip, and holds 10 rounds. A handsome design, 9 lb. pull, very few controls needed.
