What's the need for all the new hi-tech calibers for deer hunting??? All I see now is the new long range "scoped sniper deer assasinators". What happen to all the standard calibers. I used and still do use the 38-55 @ 1650 fps. and the 30-30 these never let me down due to a fault of theirs. I can knock a deer into the next county with the 38-55. Where's the sport? It sounds like the "hunters" are gone....
