Scratchin' around I found this old Lee Machine Rest upper part with a Smith and Wesson grip adapter. I used this back about '74-'75 when working up some target loads. Have no idee where the base or the thumb screw went. Just figure if somebody out there has Lee rest this would give them two uppers so they wouoldn't have to switch grip adapters so much.
Now, here be the deal. If you can use and will agree to pay the shipping of $5.20, it's yours. Who ever call's first gets it. But please don't ask for it if you can't really use it, OK. Call me at 1-251-943-5834.
