Has anyone filed a claim with Fedex? Are they hard to deal with and will they want the broken gun? Any info would be great.

    Wonder how they make money. Had two shipments today with two Different trucks showing up at the same time. Now its not like I'm in town or close to a FedEx building I'm 30 Miles from their place.

    Is one Screwed up Organization. And every place I have ordered from Has used them.

    Tried to use their web site to redirect my boxes to a FedEx location. But Every Location in 50 Miles says not available. Used Chat yesterday to reroute the Boxes but today Chat is not available and I have one more that needs changed.

    I'm Tired of filling the holes they leave cause the insist in backing into areas that are all mud not the gravel areas I have for turn around. They are Idiots. UPS Backs down in a Larger truck and has no Problems. I can get turned around in my Car no Problem. But them and their vans leave big holes and have even have had to be pulled out.

    It cost them big time cause they needed a wrecker to get out.

    ordered some medicine the other day for my dog. the company stated they shipped fedex .
    with fedex i never know what time of the day they are comming.
    any how, the wife stayed home all day waiting for them to deliver. it never happened.
    i called fedex and asked where my package was. the person took my information and said "give me a few minutes and i'll call you back".
    the phone rang and i was told the package was delivered. i told him no it wasn't, him, YES IT WAS getting loud. i said to what address.
    he replied TO THE POST OFFICE IN YOUR TOWN.
    W T H, i am only 1.5 miles from the post office, pay for shipping and i still have to go get my package.

    The driver got it done though! I agree 100% on the drawers needing a change.

    He had previously jackknifed and ripped the airlines and electrical cord off the second trailer. They made him move it to get off the road, this video is not a loss of control but instead a controlled drag of a locked up trailer.
