He looses it and kicks poor Floyd, DQ.

Please, watching 15 seconds of the fight and you could tell Mayweather was playing. He let this fight go that long for Vegas.

That was almost certainly Mayweather's last fight.

He wanted to savor it. He did.

Mayweather could have ended it in the first round.

So the fight was a shame, Mayweather carried McGregor just to keep the fans and hype up? I suppose it's Mayweather's final huge pay day, might as well make it last. I am surprised Mayweather's EPIC ego would allow that for 10 rounds. Atleast McGregor didn't embarrass himself.

The fight was a show. Now mayweather can pay his taxes

Is the rematch going to be in the Octagon?

Supposedly McGregor wasn't happy the ref stopped the fight when he did. I suspect that was the plan all along. Now they can have a "rematch" and double down on the payday. Then, if Mayweather loses by decision they'll need a third go at it. Mike Tyson was right. It was a business arrangement much more than it was a fight.

Exactly like I called it. Boxing is different then MMA.

At least he wasn't bloodied up bad
Why don't we go to school and work on the weekends and take the week off!

That's how I see it as well.

IMHO... Ol' Floyd could have kicked this nutcase to the curb way earlier.

So now its time for Mayweather to fight in the Octagon. He wouldn't last 3 minutes in an MMA fight. Fair is fair.

how many of you actually watched the fight ?

not picked through highlights the entire fight, mcgregor held his own for 7 rounds and was no slouch at all, mayweather pulled the old dope a rope and let him wear himself out

Mayweather should retire to save himself some embarrassment.

The "champ" turning his back and offering his bum for pillaging, waiting for the ref to come to his rescue, how pathetic.

I think McGregor did quite well, considering he isn't a boxer, and I give him a lot of credit for lasting as long as he did.

This fight was a joke. McGregor walked around with his hands down the whole time and Mayweather did not take advantage. FM simply dragged this fight show out for the folks that paid. This would have been finished in round one....mmmmaybe...2.

This was all show folks. Next stop...WWE![:)]

To me, it looked like Mayweather just decided he'd wear McGregor out with his head. Once Connor was too tired to fight any longer Floyd just started boxing like normal. I would imagine Floyd knew that the lighter gloves would have a nice impact on Connor's head at that point.

my wife told me she read 99.99 to watch
my youngest son and a few friends / family I was told watched it I have not seen him since the night of the fight to ask what they thought

but for 300m or even 100m I would let one of them punch me a few times [:D][:D] if I lived to enjoy it, if not the family would be set [^][^][^]

I'm just glad the glorified barroom brawler didn't win. UFC reminds me of the Tough Guy Contest that used to show up in Altoona PA at the Shriners Center. Just a bunch of loudmouths trying to kill each other.

I've always been a fan of boxing, it takes skill to win a fight with your fists unlike kicking, hitting and wrestling like a couple drunks. I would love to see Mile Tyson come out for one round and knock that punks head into orbit.

    HERE COMES THE BOOM!!! [:D][:D][:D]
