    I voted for him a few weeks ago. The GOP people are still leaving messages on my voicemail. I was going to do some area canvassing for the local GOP office but I got pulled to work today.

    Had one of the kids who was "Trick or Treating" tonite tell me, "You've got the right sign in your yard." Meaning the Bush/Cheney sign. The kid was probably not more than 12. Somebody down the street is bringing their kids up right. (No pun intended. Well...maybe a little one.)

    I've lost track of how much time I've put into the President's campaign . . . 12 to 18 hours a day recently . . . when my stint as a poll watcher ends Tuesday night, I don't know that I'll even have the energy to go watch the returns and (hopefully) celebrate.

    Merc, I do hear you - I rate Dubya at best a 70 on a scale of 0 to 100 . . . but that pig impregnating pusbucket from Massholia comes in somewhere around -1000 and that's why I'm working so hard to protect us from his slimy grip.
