Run across this in the Gun List, just thought I would pass it on. Bald Eagle Fire Company, Intersection 350 and Rt 220N. Sat 8-4 and Sun 8-3, contact Ron Ayers 814-684-3637. I have had some great deal in that area on my weekly shop hopping rounds so I am sure something could will come out of this show, hope to see some of you there...swishman

    Salzo, that is right up the road from me, if you come across the PA pike from philly to old exit 19 in Harrisburg, run over to 81 south a few miles to 322 west, when you get to Lewsistown you will bear off on rt 22 west, floolw that past Huntingdon about 13 miles and you will see rt 453 north, follow that to 99 north in Tyrone, 99 will end at a light, turn left at the light and you will find the show.If you are in the Philly area it will take about 4 hours for you to get here. If you want to run the Big Road all the way, get on the pike untill you get to Bedford, old exit 12, head north on I99 untill 99 is no more, turn left at the light.

    I'm not going, this will not be a big show and it will mostly be local dealers and I already know they are nuts with their prices. It is a little far for you to drive for all the more this will be. Now ther e is one thing up here you will have to come to this fall, they call it field days, it is basicaly one big contest. You will need a bow for a 30 target 3d shoot and bullseye comp, a deer rifle for the running deer shoot, a shotgun for the trap, a .22 pistol and .22 rifle for the other stuff. It takes all day to shoot the entire course and there is also a big pig roast and auction that goes on also. It's quite a day and they even have stuff for non shooting members of the family.

    7mm nut, Let me know what weekend this is to take place!! Hopefully it will be a weekend when I've had to be at the office in Jersey Shore through Friday! If it is, I'll need to kill somethin' when the meetings are done!!! GHD

    I can definately let you know when it is. If you come up be prepared to spend all day shooting and eating roasted piggy. BTW, no semi autos for the running deer shoot, bring a pump because you get about 5 seconds to hit this thing 3 times and it moves fast at 75 yds away.
