I've been having a bad day, trying to get on my verizon account to pay my bill and I got locked out, tried to reset my password and got locked out again. Tried calling customer service only to get caught in a loop full or stupid menus that just keep repeating themselves. After spending over 10 minutes at $2.98 a minute arguing with a computer while all I was doing was trying to call customer service the prtective ability of the Otterbox Defender on my iPhone got a test. Out of frustration and anger my iPhone left my hand at a fairly high velocity and bounced hard off the concrete wall of my apartment. The phone still works.
