Stumbling Drunk.........

About two in the morning, an officer was following behind a man walking along side the road. Being obviously drunk, and after watching him stumble and almost fall several times, he finally stopped to question him.
officer:"Sir, where are you going this time of night?"
drunk:"Officer, I'm going to a lecture."
officer:"Now who would be giving a lecture at two in the morning?"
drunk:"My wife."
