I just completed my first online purchase through Gunbroker. I was very apprehensive at first to try such a novel (at least for me) means of purchasing a firearm. It was ALL good.I live in a very rural area. If I want to purchase a gun, than it begins with a thirty-five mile drive to the nearest "city."Once there, I have a choice of Gander Mountain, Walmart, Kmart, Dunhams, and three independent sporting goods store. Not that these are a bad place to purchase guns, but your choices are very limited, and the prices are not exactly competitive. Your service has opened up a great avenue for rural residents in search of that new gun.The dealer I bought from had only 1 feedback (it was positive feedback) and he was great to deal with.I LOVE THIS PLACE!Thanks for the great service you do for us redneck, country bunkins!

Watch out smokey! It gets addicting. I thought I would buy maybe one gun every few years. After finding GB, I bought 5 so far... Don't get caught in bidding wars, you'll end up paying too much. Still, it's a lot of fun though!

Don't laugh too hard, remember Adversity has control whether your other "Pistol" hits bullseye or has a long term jam

I agree. I just made my second purchase and am having good luck all around. My local dealer actually mailed his FFL copy to the seller on the same day I mailed my Money Order. Now that's service worth recommending (D&E Custom Specialties of Fort Wayne, IN).

Smokey1,I also am new to this Gunbroker game, being a previously low tech person.Nicklasal is right, bought three rifles in one week. All sellers were great, had about as much fun as may savings account could stand. Was even able to sell my .338 Mag that everyone around here (Missouri) was sure that it was way to powerful to own. So far that is proceeding smoothly also.Am also getting hooked on this forum. Thank to all for your previous help in other postings.KC
