Just a warning to ll you out there looking to catch a good flick. Don't watch"The Ninth Gate"Jesus it's awful. I have NEVER seen people boo and hiss in a movie theater, but I did for this stinker. The snail's pace dialogue was accompanied by various snores from the audience. I actually fell asleep myself.

    I just saw "Queen of the Damned". I know it's based on an Ann Rice novel and I never really got into vampire yarns but the previews made it look like an action movie. I thought it was going to be a bloody brawl-fest and I was in the mood to get a taste of what the soundrack was going to be like while venting vicariously through a few good butt-whoopin' scenes. I was mildly disappointed by the pace of the movie which I thought was going to be more action-oriented. Did I mention that Alliyah is/was an absolute babe? Oh yeah, the scene with the bathtub full of rose petals was worth the $6.75. I'm going to try that sometime. [This message has been edited by idsman75 (edited 02-23-2002).]
