Akron, OH gunshow

For those of you in the Ohio area, and who are sick of flea-market junk, the Akron show was one of the best non-private shows I have been to. Lots of good new and antique guns. No beef, deer, duck, bear, goat, turkey, chicken, buffalo, ostrich, lamb, moose, reigndeer, fish, or elk jerkey. Some flea market stuff, but only a few tables out of 600. Picked up an Ishapore Enfield at $99, plus tax, and a Gew.88- the guy had over a dozen to choose from, all in great shape, all cheap! I haven't seen such deals on some guns in a good while. Now that I have put my reputation on the line, I hope, that if someone goes, the next one will be as good.
"...hit your enemy in the belly, and kick him when he is down, and boil his prisoners in oil- if you take any- and torture his women and children. Then people will keep clear of you..." -Admiral of the Fleet Lord Fisher, speaking at the Hague Peace Conference in 1899.

600 tables? Man these eastern MN and western WI gunshows suck compared to that!

Sorry, cant recall such a show, must not have been much to it.The Lima fairgrounds are the biggest in Ohio ,the big shows are the 4 Wheel Drive Jamboree and the AMA championship motorcycle dirt track races, both events draw thousands. The monthly gun show has i guess 200-300 tables, for awhile there it was getting pretty bad, went the last 2 months and they added a third building, lots of guys walking around selling guns at decent prices.
