Saw a new one of these in my favorite shop with a Leupold Vari-XIII mounted on it.It was stainless steel and really looked good and felt right.The action was slicker than a catfish covered in vaseline.Trigger was light and crisp.My question is:is it worth $1,100 and does any one here have any experiance with Howa rifles.Am I about to embark on another lay-a-way journey?
