Could not resist

Sunday attended the Arizona Arms Assn Gun Show in Mesa, AZ. Told myself at least a dozen times prior to leaving the house that I was merely going to see if there was anything new and share some time with old friends.

Get there and doing good, only bought some ammo and a magazine loader. Basically one my way out and there it was, a Colt Python, 6" barrel, Royal Blue, 98-99% condition, 70-71 manufacture. Had to stop look/inspect, and I was in trouble. Why is it those thoughts start going through your head, ie: Pythons are going for a premimum but not going to get any cheaper, this one is a real beauty, probably shot less than 100 rounds, all original, etc.

Needless to say my Concealed Carry Permit and Credit Card were out and the transaction quickly completed. Just could not resist!!!

    Have fun wiyh your new toy! I broke down about 6 weeks ago and got a Winchester 1300 Defender. I'm trying to save my money to get back to Phoenix, but what the hay! I cant go to a show or shop and get nothing. Any way I'll be back home in AZ in a week so, if you know of any shows coming up let me know. It's my only weakness!!

    Man, I can see that your're hooked. Can you imagine going to a gun show without buying anything, especially a new toy? Good luck with your new toy. ( I would have done the same thing, and did )
