    This is a long stretch to reach an excuse to give away money.

    $1.3B to women who were farmers over a 19 year period, starting 30 years ago?? You have to have a real imagination to find such an innovative way to buy votes.

    Yes, there was a similar long-running law suit by black farmers that was settled the same way.
