What will be the end?

My son never ceases to amaze me. He always does or says something that catches me off guard. Today was no different. I'm trying to raise him in the manner that I was, religiously, respectfully, and appreciative of many things. While I was working outside today, he was playing in the yard. I half noticed that he stopped playing and began looking around. Not at any one thing in particular, but just around. The ground, the sky, the trees, etc. I asked him what he was doing. What he asked was what caught me off guard. Keep in mind that he is only nine. He watches the news with me, and reads ther paper as well. I think he's got a pretty good grasp on what is happening in the world, and what he doesn't understand I try and explain. This is what he asked, "Dad. What will be the end of the world? Will it be by GOD or man?" I told him I didn't know, and all we could do is wait and see. I don't think the answer I gave him appeased him completely, because he looked around for a while longer before going back to his trucks.
Now I ask all of you. What will be the end?

    Brth729,just answer your childs questions the best you can.Kids are great at asking questions that are sometimes hard to answer.I do not worry about the end,I do the best I can and treat people fairly and life takes care of itself.

    It's hard to say, because luck takes a hand. Call it what you like, but they say we plan, and God laughs.

    My uncle was dying a painful slow death of bone cancer, and was taken suddenly -- by a blood clot. I'm sure he was grateful.

    Just when we decide it's going to be Ebola or West Nile, or even the flu, we find a mile-wide meteorite may be in Earth orbit.

    And now we have the first staph infection which no known antibiotic can touch. So who knows. Don't get too busy dying to live.

    I have an eight year old son, and one weekend we went for a ride on the Sandia Tram-way. Its the longest tram in the world and it goes to the top of the mountian that overlooks Albuquerque. On the way up he asked me if we would die if the cable broke. I told him why waste time worring about it,when you could spend the time enjoying the ride.
