Is the bird racist?

Walked into my neighbor's house for a cup of coffee. He recently moved all his possessions there after having the place built and setting empty for 3 years. With him came some large parrots. When I walked in one bird said "Hello cracker". Do I have a case against the bird and it's owener for a racial slam?

    Feed the bird an alka celtser(sp) that will shut him up...

    When Clinton left office they gave him a 21 gun salute. Its a damn shame they all missed....

    You can sue the bird but not the owner. After all, the owner can't censor the bird's 1st amendment rights - can he?
    But if you sue the bird - how much money can you expect?
    BTW, if you sue the bird, you will lose! It wasn't a racial slur but a request for the bird's favorite food. What the bird said was "Hello!" "Cracker?"

    Sounds to me like a case where he suffered mental anguish. I'd prescribe 144 fluid oz. of cold fermented hops and an evening
    of rest with several similarly equipped friends to get your head together. Talking it through may help ward off PTSD.

    A 'cracker' is a thin, crisp, wafer of unleavened dough that is a reputedly favorite food of parrots, as in "Polly want a CRACKER" (see Polly below)

    I have seen dogs that were aggresive towards either white or black people. They were not trained that way either.
