This ought to be an Olympic sport. It would take ballz of steel to chase a dang tarnader 'round the plains. Some folks ain't got much sense I reckon.

It has become my purpose in life to comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable.. will270win@aol.com ~Secret Select Society Of Suave Stylish Smoking Jackets~

You can't imagine the sheer rush you get as you watch a F-4 tornado ripping everything up 1 mile west of your new house. As the tornado passed by us, the sky started raining leaves, old checks, baseball cards, photographs, wallpaper, etc. You could look up into the sky and it looked just like a blizzard. Even with all it's power and destruction, the sheer beauty of it all was overwhelming (sp?). Even though it was one of the most amazing things I've seen, I hope to never see one again![img][/img]

Saw a couple of twisters when I lived in Texas. Never saw anything as big as an F-4. As far as chasing after these things....any body who does this should be nominated for a Darwin Award.
