If so I hope she suffers the same fate her husband did. A humiliating loss in their home state!![This message has been edited by GreenLantern (edited 03-15-2002).]

If she really wants to run and win, she should probably just switch to the Republican Party. The Republican party welcomes with open arms Democrat females who want to run for Senate as Republicans in name only.

Maybe she'll consider hiring Rosie O' and Janet Reno as her campaign managers. She could probally get a PACKAGE DEAL {2 fags for 1}.Tideman

Greenlantern- You assume she would run in her home state. She might choose to pull a Hillary, and run in another state besides her own. I could certainly see her winning in New Jersey, Massachussetts(If Kerry decides to run for President),Pennsylvania(nothing would suprise me in PA),Delaware, and a slew of other states, mostly NorthEastern.

badboy -- My sentiments exactly. The NRA will be all over her like white on rice.

salzo ~ You're right! Why run in a state where you might have to fight to win. Better off moving to a state where there's an ample supply of (insert you own adjectives, or slurs) ____, _____, _____ liberals who will vote for anyone that's a democrat.

Lets see here. Sayings such as : "Birds of a feather flock together," and others like, "Behind every good man is a good woman...." What about "Once a loser, always a loser?" It also could be that she just doesn't have any Unemployment Insurance to fall back on, although the decision of who the vice president really was is still on appeal at the Unemployment office.

I can't help myself. I have a short list of politicians who seem so dull-headed, or smarmy, or mean-spirited, that I wonder how they ever get re-elected. Among them are Schumer, Biden, and Kennedy. When they open their mouths and I hear what's coming out it very literally makes my skin crawl. Schumer's sanctimonious bias, Biden's immature arrogance, Kennedy's obvious dissipation, and of course their willingness to criminalize untold numbers of law abiding shooters and collectors to satisfy a political plank really disgust me. I'm very much afraid Tipper would be of similar ilk. She doesn't seem as bright as Hillary, by the way, although both have in common non-starter husbands. I can't help but remember Tipper's silly and superficial crusade against record albums, for pete's sake. At least Hillary spent her time fiddling with health care, which was not nearly as goofy. And Hillary has been put squarely in her place, along with Schumer to some degree, by the Republican President's response to 9/11. I'm sure even Hillary doesn't believe her husband, or Al Gore, would have handled things as well, in her heart of hearts. Or if she does, she's dumber than I think. Don't get me started on the drug or insurance companies, by the way. Canada is turning out to be quite a help in that regard, lately. Giving these bloated companies something to think about. And while I'm venting, I might as well add, off the subject, that it's nice to see Bank One's stock is off due to it's idiotic and greedy credit card practices. (That's what bankruptcy "reforms" are all about, by the way -- keeping the world safe for credit card usery). Usery? Look it up.
