You need tracks behind the tanks so it looks like they rolled there.

I'm wondering what kind of tank that's supposed to be.

If it's supposed to be a re-enactment of the Tank Battle at Kursk like the filename suggests, the closest thing I can think of is a
T-34-85mm Model 1944, but the turret is a little too round.

I think its a sherman tank.

When Clinton left office they gave him a 21 gun salute. Its a damn shame they all missed....

.....which wouldnt make a lick of sense, being that the Tank Battle At Kursk was on the Eastern Front between Germany and Russia.

A Sherman's smaller anyway. Shorter barrel.

Actually, if you look at the largest tank in the picture, it is either suppose to be an M48 Patton tank or the upgraded M60. It is however not a good example of either. The Russian tank appears to be of a Premodel 70 vintage and also not a real accurate example. Both tanks are late 50's early 60's tanks. JMHO....

    Still a fun picture....

William....i agree its either an m48 or an m6o. It cant be a sherman because the hull isnt more vertical. The sherman also had a really high silloueht (sp)
