synthetic grass

Anyone ever used synthetic grass.I want to put some down in my front yard.I got fed up with high water bills last year,was going to go to stone but in the summer here it reflects a lot of heat into the house.So thought I might try synthetic grass.Heard lots of good about from the manufacturers of it but is all that BS.

    Think that too would reflect the heat back at you. If you have a college or Pro football team near you go down and see what the temps do near the field.

    If you get to watch Boise State play football this fall, they are playing on a new blue field. They made enough money beating those other guys in the bowl game, that they can afford to put new blue synthetic grass on the football field.

    I've only been down on the field at BSU a couple of times. My youngest played his home games at BSU, when in high school.
