CRIMINALS AND LAWSUITS

Again here in Florida: Lawsuits filed by criminals in jail, tying up the judicial system with frivalous lawsuits.

One filed a suit because he didnt like the brand of Tennis shoes they made him wear.

Another because he found grissle in the Turkey Leg he was fed.

Another because he couldnt get the brand of soap he liked.

and on and on and on.

I personaly believe that if your locked up for a crime you give up all rights except the basics, that are

A roof over your head
Proper Food
Clothing.

Nothing more Nothing less.

    Now that IS funny!

Actually, frivolous lawsuits like this are the REAL definition of a 'loophole' in the law. I wish they'd close it. Cons should lose some rights to sue for minor things, along with the other things they lose when they go to prison. The idea that the Constitution can protect all freedoms for men who are by definition not free is a conundrum, or is it paradoxical? In any case, I believe they lose voting rights, so why not some others? We're not exactly talking torture here.

    OFFERER:

Have you visited a prison lately? Those poor souls are so tortured it is pathetic.

Had a cousin doing 18 for trafficing in drugs,
I went to visit him, This is a typical day in his life in Prison.

WAKE UP TIME, when ever he wants to:
BREAKFAST: Steak and eggs, milk ,cereal, coffee, and a danish
BEFORE LUNCH: Has the freedom to roam around, go to the day room, shoot pool, lift weights, play cards, and if a Visiting day can spen it in a private room with his girlfriend.
LUNCH: Probably better than the average citizen
AFTERNOON. Goes to his room and plays with his computer, or watch TV.
DINNER; Again probably better than most citizens
EVENING. Plays more pool, basketball, or cards, or TV
BED TIME: Has to be in his room and locked in (With the Key he carries to let himself in and out of his room) by 10:00 PM

Golley I should be so Lucky!!!!!!!!!

This must be a federal prision. From the ones I have seen they are much nicer than any state prision, or county jail.
