Drywallers are in the house ripping out the ceiling and fixing all the crap. Oh and he had an electrician in the area that is going to install my 6 recessed lights in the kitchen for $200! [:D] This paying for stuff to get done and having it done right and quickly is really f'n addicting! [:p]
My new goal is to do just the kitchen floor and NOTHING else. I actually like doing tile. Maybe I just haven't done enough of it. [;)]

I prefer the pride in learning a new trade and having completed a project on my own, but to each their own.
