To allow campus carry for college employees over the objections on administration. Story in paper says the votes are there and the gov has promised to sign it. We'll see.

AR also need to end the state income tax on military retirees as every state that surrounds AR does not tax military retirees.
Far to many vets choose to retire elsewhere.
Within a county you may have a Sheriff say no problem, but the local law says that its illegal. Confusing as all get out.
I agree they need to change the tax on retirement. Most other states surrounding us do not have it.

Idaho resolved those problems with concealed permit-less carry on University Campus, and State wide permit-less carry throughout the
state no matter local (Boise and Meridian) ordinances.
