Neighbors Are Shooting Off Fireworks

Every time one pops, the dogs get all excited. I like hearing Buster bark. He is a Basset hound and has a lovely voice, but it annoys Dawnie when she is trying to sleep.

I have some fireworks, and was going to shoot them, but they frighten Bry, so we'll wait until he is ready.

We did shoot some party poppers in the living room. Had to run the vacuum afterward to clean up the confetti.

Every time I hear that name, it brings back a lot o' darned good
memories. That was my Grandpa's border collie's name when I was
a boy.

Yep, still going off around here. The kid across the street and some of his buddies are playing basketball!!!!!

I thank the neighbor for bringing my dog to attention. She barks everytime they launch the big ones. I didn't shoot off anything to confuse her that we don't hunt birds at dark.
