I do. Tim Flock, brothers Bob and Fonty. Tim still has the highest winning percentage win record.
I remember that beautiful 55 Ford.
He also drove the Fabulous Hudson Hornet no. 91.
Two time champion. The Flocks were part of the original NASCAR pioneers.
To relate to some recent posts, he was banned from NASCAR mostly due to attempts to start a Union, along with Curtis Turner.
    Ain't life strange.

    Uhhhh, that is very strange.

I was just trying to point out that I didn't know anything about NASCAR to speak of and I was trying to circumvent the forum censor.

I used to know a guy who in the middle of a conversation would interrupt you and say "Who....," paused until you started to say something then said "...gives a f___!"

It used to piss me off because he did it so flawlessly.

    Damn....

I was channeling NASCAR past and I didn't even know it.

I thought it was good to see the #24 back in Victory Lane .

Jeff Gordon still has the drive to win races in him , conducts himself and the sport with class , can't seem to understand why folks find that to be a bad thing ?????

    JMHO

    I've always thought that too.

I don't follow NASCAR but I do know that some people hate his guts.

I also seem to remember that some hate him so much they claimed for a while that there was sex tape of him having sex with one of his crew.

    Haters will believe anything.....

It's definetly not a common name. I've heard people say that too, and it always reminds me of the Flocks. They also had a sister that was the first female to race in a NASCAR event.[8D]
Racing was real back then, not the candy coated candyazz people we got now.

Jeolosy has stong hold on alot of folk on this forum. Jeff has a great Childrens foundation in Charlotte along with his wine collection. Can't wait to see him again at the NASCAR Hall of Fame Museum in May and see when he can sign my Camaro.

You can call him what you want. He is a 4 time Winston Cup Champion. Not too many folks in that crowd.
